Yango Deli - Delivery Quality Standards
1. The Courier shall arrive the shift at the store selected at the beginning of the slot on a two-wheeler, with the special branded equipment - the thermal Bag as required a branded T-shirt, according to the agreement instructions, and in clean and tight clothes.
2. The Courier shall not be more than 15 minutes late to arrive at the store at the beginning of the slot. Where the Courier is unable to arrive by the beginning of the slot or for some reason decides to leave before the end of the slot, he/she shall write to the support service and follow the instructions received. If the Courier falls ill, he/she shall notify the support service and cancel the slot no later than 48 hours in advance.
3. The Courier shall be polite to the employees and users of Yango Deli, pedestrians and everyone else.
4. Upon receiving an order for delivery, the Courier shall accept the packed parcel from the staff of Yango Deli and immediately pack it into a thermal bag.
5. The Courier shall deliver the packed parcel to the user within the estimated delivery time specified in the Yango Pro application.
6. During the delivery, the Courier will carefully handle the user’s parcel, making sure that it does not fall, it is not hit or damaged in any other way. The Courier shall make sure that no third parties have access to the thermal Bag or to the package.
According to the delivery services agreement, if you are not careful with the delivery and in the event of circumstances that violate the procedures and/or Yango delis's Delivery Quality Standard, you will not be entitled to compensation, in whole or in part, for any delivery.
7. If the Courier left the parcel at the door in accordance with the user’s instructions in the application, he/she shall take a picture of the parcel at the door and send the photo to the support points of Yango Deli. It is strictly forbidden to leave parcels with alcohol and tobacco products at the customers’ doors. If the parcel contains alcohol and tobacco products, the Courier shall deliver the parcel to the user exclusively in a package, provided that the user presents an identity card to confirm that the user has reached the age of majority.
8. Each courier undertakes to maintain discipline in relation with the execution of the agreement. In case of breach of discipline by courier (arrival to the slot drunk, violence, non-delivery and non-return of the order etc.) Yango may terminate the agreement with the courier immediately as stated in section 8.2 of the Agreement.
9. The Courier shall pay attention to user comments. If the user asked not to ring the doorbell, the Courier shall not do this.
10. The Courier shall not use the personal data of users for any other purposes, except for the order delivery to the user. For example, he/she shall not send private messages to the user in any messenger.
11. Equipment: Delivery services shall be provided by the Courier only with the help of the branded delivery equipment marked with a unique logo, the thermal Bag and in a branded shirt with a logo.
12. Yango reserves the right to withhold funds from the remuneration due to the Courier in case of violation of the above provisions, as specified in the Agreement.
13. Yango may amend this Appendix at any time, acting at its sole discretion, by sending a notice to the Courier by email and/or through the Platform, without any prior notification.
