Yup, Bisco is the type of guy who doesn't forget people who influenced his life, especially Jabi. They have such a strong bond together even now.

Looks like Bisco had a rough fight this episode. But seriously, the way he fought out there putting everything on the line to protect Milo...a true hero imo. Milo is lucky to have a friend like him.

What a damn waste, Bisco just died for Milo's character development. It wasn't impactful at all and I have no reason to watch this anime any longer.

RIP Bisco...
For Kurokawa, finally! finally! he died. Bisco and Milo can kill him. He deserved to die like that from what he did.

welp. kurokawa vs bisco fight scene was pretty damn bad compared to the light novels
also, kurokawa and bisco are dead (or are they ;))

and with this episode the worst arc of volume 1 which i call the M.S.M.F.S.W.M.F.B.B (minecraft story mode fight scene where milo finally becomes badass) arc begins

Milo is just too kind, he want Bisco to go out with Pawoo because he knows that Bisco is a very good guy and he think his sister deserve to be with such a guy like Bisco even though it's Milo that want Bisco much much more, but he's not gonna say that out loud, not until the very end of Bisco's life, yes, I Love You is used in the most perfect spot, even if it's too cruel. I really hope this can be concluded as romantic feeling and not "a strong soulmate feeling that transcendence the relationship as we know" bullshit. Gay is just a 3-letter word but why it's so hard for people to say it.

But what'll happen in the future? Since this show has "Bisco" in its name, I predict 2 outcomes.
1. Bisco is alive (best outcome for me), maybe Kurokawa is alive too, after all, Terminator franchise doesn't end at Terminator 2 with the classic "I'll be back" ending.
2. Bisco died and Milo assume the name of Bisco, continuing Bisco legendary journey.

Loved this episode the choice of ost at the end was really good, however the fights felt lackluster and i knew Kurokawa was pathetic last episode but damn its kinda funny in contrast with Tsuda kenjirou's voice acting which in itself makes a character badass.

And no way Bisco died like that bruh, i know its for Milo's character development but it feels wasted but hey atleast i got the emotional confession from Milo which i found more impactful than SasaMiya.

Might pickup the LN to see the changes from adaptation, since i heard fights in novel was done better.

The beginning sequence of Milo's illusion with Actagawa, his sister Pawoo, Jabi and Bisco, that scared me for a bit. But what scares me more are the recurrent "death flags" of both Milo and Bisco, if their roles had been reserved.

The small talk joke with Milo causally asking Bisco to date Pawoo, that gave me a good chuckle and smile. But it's of no doubt that Kurokawa must be dealt with, and the 3 words "I love you" might sound cheezy between partners, but to Milo, it's all the reassurance that Bisco has given him, and to Bisco, fulfilling Milo's dreams as they bid farewell.

Kurokawa's experiments outside of Imihama with Rust Wind, he thinks that he's trying to alleviate the Rusting in the first place, but in fact is doing the exact opposite, and Jabi will never buy his offer. But man, how did Bisco manage to infiltrate the secret lab is ingenious, and this is a case of a Mushroom Keeper and his guardian to set things right, putting everything on the line.

The tenacity of the fight between Kurokawa and Bisco however, feels a tad disjointed for a defining key moment such as this. It ended up being a psychological battle that of course left Kurokawa dying with Bisco chastising him of the iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back" quote. And together with Kurokawa, Bisco dying in a lava sea of Rust, for the sake to only pass the baton to Milo. Will we be able to see Bisco again...or is that it for the road?

I expected much from this, and it came out as a disappointment. Please don't do this...

This was one of my favorite animes this season but after the last 2 episodes, it went to last. reason? I think the cast combined only has a total of 2 brain cells. The Fortnite kids would be smarter at this point.

The "character development" was so forced and made no sense, Bisco literally beats Jabi up for no reason since he could have just sliced Kurokawa then chased after him instead of shooting him then after almost killing him he tells him to run away then waits to get shot before killing enemies just to get shot some more by Kurokawa before jumping into lava for absolutely no reason since he could have just pushed him off.

That's not badass it's just moronic and feels like a cheap way to drag the episode, huge dissapointment.

What a sad fucking episode. I can't believe Bisco died, I mean how can they kill the person who's name comes even in the anime title? This is not what I expected last week after seeing this episode's title, who would have thought what the "I love you" would mean after watching last week's episode.

I'm glad Milo was safe. When Milo and Bisco were talking and Bisco said, "I'm not leaving" I was 100% sure that he was gonna leave and that's what happened.

I have no idea how Bisco was able to infiltrate as Kurokawa's guard, also if he was able to infiltrate he also could have added sleeping pill or something to his drink. Would have made things MUCH easier but we wouldn't have gotten the action then.

This was the first time we saw the real horrific effects of what rust does to a human body. It was hard to see Bisco lose his fingers then his arm when he punched Kurokawa. There was lot's of plot armour and they managed to stretch the fight a lot but I don't mind it much. All I have to say is that the scenes had a lot of impact, I wasn't ready to see Bisco die yet, he was such a fun character, it's gonna suck to not have him around. RIP Bisco.

Don't understand how Milo was able to reach exactly where Bisco was and how he was able to move after those serious fucking injuries but I guess we can ignore it and focus on what's really important.

Kurokawa was a trashy antagonist with no real motive, he just wanted to make money at the cost of people's life, it's evil but a trashy motive, cheap antagonist, he was evil just for the sake of being evil. Bisco didn't deserve to die for a Kuzu like him.

That Aisteru at the end hit hard. Fuck, I hope they reunite in afterlife.

Just pain and sadness.

After 9 episodes, it feels like we are finally going to discuss about what created the giant crater and who created it, how did the rust winds came to be etc.. And according to PV

Talk about synthesized depression injected right into my veins. This felt like a finale type episode or maybe a setup episode right before the finale to bring our heroes down before having them rise at the end. It definitely didn't feel like only the ninth episode out of twelve. Those last few minutes were tough to watch. After being hit with more than a dozen of those rust bullets it makes sense Bisco would crumble apart but damn it hurt to see. A heartbreaking goodbye between Bisco and Milo, brothers in arms till the end. Bisco at the least went down fighting, he didn't stop even after taking so much damage and even losing an arm. I could see the only way Bisco had left to rake Kurokawa down with him was to have them both dive into the magma. It was the only way to ensure that Kurokawa finally is gone, no more worrying about him at the very least. Milo having to be the one to kill Bisco was another stab to the heart. A multitude of sadness with this episode, I'm not sure how our heroes can go on. With so much of the story left I don't know is Bisco will stay dead and come back somewhere or what but this was very sad.

I had mixed feeling about this episode. Its very saddening that Bisco died like that, but as he said he made a genuine friend in his lifetime, sacrificing himself was the common thing any anime protag will do. And about his death, he gave the only remaining antidote to Milo, helping him stay alive. These friendship goals are very common, but judging by how the show progressed, his death is natural i guess.

All sorts of unecessary stuff. If he had to die there could be other ways, not literally standing there being an easy target to the enemy. And that end, yuck. Put the Panda with Tirol already.
Lack of creativity from the author was rather extreme.

The funny thing is, the vilain is weak and he knows it. The author could simply make use of his team to attack Bisco. It'd make a lot of sense that way. Previous ep was also this stupid.

So..... the story is over? Well, it was nice while it lasted, now let's pack our bags and...

No, fr tho this shocked me. I was literally praying for a Deus Ex Machina while he was sinking in the lava. Did not expect a confession under that circumstances. I'm curious to see where the anime goes now.

This reminds me; something similar happened in Oshi no Ko. The death there was put to great use so I hope the same applies here as well.

This came out like an out of script thing, but why really??? Just for a mere shock factor, because I can't see any other reason to have our main character sidelined all of a sudden when it was almost going decently well up until last episode.

Why did Bisco sacrifice himself, he could have pushed the governor into the rust pit. Or Milo could have shot him again with another arrow. Or better yet, Bisco could have slit his throat with the knife he was carrying.

With how this story's going I have a feeling that Bisco's not dead, he didn't seem to be in pain when he was burning in that rust pit. Personally, I'm hoping they won't bring him back, I'm tired of the age-old trope of the fake out death.

Man y'all are seriously tripping. Did you forget that Bisco got shot by a rust bullet and was literally crumbling to pieces as he was fighting Kurokawa? He was going to die very soon, and with the little strength he had left, he killed Kurokawa in the only way he could. Like I get that sometimes twists are forced but this one was executed fine

Seeing people say that "Bisco was going to die anyway might as well do it in style" makes me cringe. I felt nothing when Bisco died, his death was boring and dragged out. Bisco's death would have mattered more if he died from the rust itself. Rust the disease that he himself was trying to cure in order to save his mentor and reclaim the righteous name of the mushroom keepers. Rust the number 1 killer in this new world finally killed this brash caring hero. When Milo found Bisco at that moment where his fingers rusted off, your damm sure Milo would have poured his soul into saving Bisco. Milo doesn't give up easily, we've seen this in the episode with the giant crab. Milo's kindness and determination are core parts of his personality. Milo shouldn't have shot Bisco from a distance but have Bisco die in his arms, surrounded by a person that loves him. I don't know if Bisco could have survived; probably not but dude should have gotten to die by his friends side and not the governors.

Feel exactly like this man.. I was thinking Bisco will survive and together they will defeat kurokawa.then they will be traveling and living together just like milo was thinking. Then Bisco and Pawoo will get closer..
But it's was completely unexpected.. honestly i don't like it!!
